Once selected as a preferred partner, Dyer Baade helped structure the deal and project manage the process through to a successful completion within a short period of time, delivering an excellent result for Prolific’s stakeholders. All six Prolific staff and directors have transferred across to Perspective, with founders Phil Newton and Simon Allan continuing to lead the office in Warrington, Cheshire.
