Our Background.

Dyer Baade & Company was founded by industry veterans Stuart Dyer and Daniel Baade. Stuart is widely regarded as one of the most experienced deal makers in the financial services industry, with a background at Ascot Lloyd (Chairman), Cofunds (CEO), Close Brothers, Friends Provident, Schroders, Barings, KPMG and others. Daniel, following an exceptional academic career (Hannover, Maastricht, Los Angeles, Fontainebleau (INSEAD) and Stanford) and a PhD in economics and strategy, spent more than 15 years working directly for the boards of leading organisations in Germany and the UK on strategy, finance and M&A. The unique combination of experience and innovation together with the ability to operate on the most senior levels gives Dyer Baade a clear competitive advantage.

Our background gives us a unique opportunity to think in partnerships and for long-term. Founded in 2019, we have now grown into a well-recognised firm, having completed over 30 successful transactions across our four business lines: sell-side M&A advisory, strategic advisory, fundraising and buy-side M&A advisory. Our sweet spot are transactions with an enterprise value between £15m-£150m, but we also advise clients on smaller and larger deals in some cases.
